This is what the overlay and the betting will read. Updates as you record results.
Seeds are each team's starting strength (all equal by default). You and the mods can nudge them up or down before the night, based on last year's finish and how teams look in the practice sessions. Odds then drift automatically as results are recorded — no need to touch these once the tournament starts.
1500 = average. Nudge a few hundred either way: strong teams ~1600–1700, mid ~1500, weaker ~1300–1400. A 400-point gap means roughly 10× more likely to win, so keep the spread modest — very big gaps give lottery odds (e.g. 500 vs 1500 makes a ~1900-to-1 outsider).

A snapshot of everything — teams, rounds, results and settings. An automatic backup is also taken on the server just before any reset, so an accidental wipe can be undone.
Two steps. 1. Fetch skins pulls each player's bust into the tool and keeps retrying on its own until it has them all (Starlight can be flaky) — just leave it running, the count climbs as they come in. 2. Download teams file then writes the single sappers-teams.json (skins baked in) to upload to your website Media library. Use Re-fetch all skins only when a player changes their Minecraft skin.
